Fifty years of floors that take a beating.

Forklifts, chemicals, foot traffic, wash downs, thermal shock and tight schedules. A commercial floor has one job, which is to keep working while everything else happens on top of it.

Every system starts the same way: the slab gets profiled with a 1,000 lb Husqvarna PG 820 diamond grinder on a HEPA vacuum, so the work area stays virtually dust free and whatever goes down bonds into the concrete instead of sitting on it.

Then the system is matched to the use. Polished concrete where you want a hard, sealed, low maintenance slab. Epoxy, urethane or MMA where chemicals, impact and heat are the problem. Polyaspartic where the floor has to be back in service fast. Line striping and safety texture wherever people and equipment share the space.

Every review, five stars.

Will use Proformance floors again and recommend them to anyone needing a flooring treatment. Mr. Simon was very quick to get a quote to me, and without the mark up that a few other installers quoted me. The quality and price are unmatched.

Craig and his team did an outstanding job epoxying our garage floor. He was also prompt with correcting a few minor issues after the job was done. We give Proformance Floors our highest recommendation.

Craig and his son-in-law Jared did a great job of prepping our garage floor and installing the epoxy with colored flakes. We were very happy with the work as well as how quickly they were able to start the work following the quote.

Commercial questions.

Can you work while the facility stays open?
Yes. Most commercial jobs are phased, run overnight or over a weekend, or done one zone at a time so the operation keeps moving. Fast cure systems bring the floor back into service sooner. The schedule is agreed before work starts.
Which system is right for our floor?
It depends on what the floor sees. Polished concrete for dusting slabs and low maintenance. Epoxy, urethane or MMA for chemicals, impact and heat. Polyaspartic when speed matters. We look at the floor in person and recommend one, with the reasons.
How much does a commercial floor cost?
Floors run $2 to $18 per square foot installed. Grind and seal sits at the low end, polished concrete and industrial coatings run higher. The variables are slab condition, the system and the square footage. Estimates are free and done at the facility.
Do you do line striping and safety zones?
Yes. Aisles, dock zones, pedestrian lanes, hazard marking and slip resistant texture are part of the industrial coatings work.
