Safety floors and striping.
Slip resistant floor systems where the floor gets wet or oily, and clear, durable striping where forklifts, carts and people cross paths.

Where people and equipment share the floor.
Slip resistance is built into the coating with a quartz or aggregate broadcast, or added to a clear top coat where the look matters. Striping goes on top, in a coating that lasts, laid out with the facility.
Wash bays, kitchens, loading docks, entries, ramps and process areas are the usual places for texture. The grit level is matched to the use, so the floor grips wet and still cleans with a scrubber.
Striping covers aisles, dock zones, pedestrian lanes, hazard marking, equipment footprints and standard safety color coding. Applied in a durable coating rather than floor paint, it wears with the floor instead of scrubbing off in a season.

How it goes in.
The order matters. Every step exists because skipping it shows up later.
- Walk the floorWhere it gets wet, where traffic crosses, where people walk.
- PrepThe slab or existing floor is ground and cleaned so the system bonds.
- TextureQuartz or aggregate broadcast, or an additive in the clear coat, at the grit level the area needs.
- LayoutAisles, zones and lanes marked out with the facility before anything goes down.
- StripeSafety colors applied in a durable coating, then cleared where the traffic is heaviest.
Safety floors and striping we have done.

The other systems.

Polished concrete
Grind, hone, densify and polish. A dusting, pitted slab becomes a hard, sealed, reflective floor that cleans with a mop and holds up for years.

Industrial coatings
Epoxy, polyurea, polyaspartic, urethane and MMA. Chemical resistance, impact resistance and fast return to service, with line striping and safety texture.

Metallic and decorative
Metallic epoxy, stains and dyes for lobbies, showrooms, restaurants and retail. Industrial durability underneath, a finish people notice on top.

Repair and prep
Coating removal, crack and joint repair, hydraulic and polymer cement, and full slab profiling. The prep is the job.

Grind and seal
A fast, affordable upgrade for a bare or dusting slab. Diamond ground clean and flat, then sealed so it stops dusting and cleans easily. The most cost effective floor we do.

Concrete rehab
Cracked, pitted, spalled or uneven concrete brought back to a sound, flat, usable slab. Repair first, then whatever finish you want on top.

Driveway wash and seal
Driveways, walks, patios and pool decks pressure washed, repaired where needed, and sealed so water, oil and salt stay on the surface.
Every review, five stars.
Will use Proformance floors again and recommend them to anyone needing a flooring treatment. Mr. Simon was very quick to get a quote to me, and without the mark up that a few other installers quoted me. The quality and price are unmatched.
Craig and his team did an outstanding job epoxying our garage floor. He was also prompt with correcting a few minor issues after the job was done. We give Proformance Floors our highest recommendation.
Craig and his son-in-law Jared did a great job of prepping our garage floor and installing the epoxy with colored flakes. We were very happy with the work as well as how quickly they were able to start the work following the quote.
