Proformance Floors

Driveway wash and seal.

Driveways, walks, patios and pool decks pressure washed clean, repaired where they need it, and sealed so water, oil and road salt stay on the surface.

Pool deck, before and after polymer cement and sealer
Decorative epoxy, before and after
Car on a freshly coated flake garage floor

Clean it, seal it, keep it.

A sealed driveway sheds water instead of soaking it up, which is what stops freeze damage, staining and surface dusting. It also brings the color back.

Where the concrete is spalled or cracked, the repair happens first. Polymer cement patches, crack fill, then the sealer over everything.

Pool decks and steps get a slip resistant sealer. Patios can go matte or wet look, whichever suits the house.

Definitely recommend Mr. Craig, he did an amazing job with our garage making it look incredible! In addition, he was very responsive, puntual and communicative. He took the time to educate me on the aftercare and maintenance.

They were able to get right out and complete the job, days after requesting a quote. This allowed us to have the job done before moving into the new house. We highly recommend their services!

Driveway wash and seal questions.

How often should a driveway be resealed?
Every few years, depending on sun, traffic and winter salt. Resealing is quick.
Will the sealer make it slippery?
A grit additive is available and standard on pool decks and steps.
Can you get oil stains out?
Degreasing during the wash lifts most of them. Old, deep stains can leave a shadow, and we tell you before we start.
Do you do pool decks?
Yes, with a slip resistant sealer and repairs to any spalling first.
