Floors for warehouses and distribution.
Big slabs, dock doors, forklifts and racking. The floor is the busiest piece of equipment in the building and it has to stay working.

Dusting slabs and torn up dock zones.
Warehouse concrete dusts under forklift traffic, pits at the dock doors, and cracks along the joints. Product gets dusty, tires wear, and the floor looks worse every quarter.
Polished concrete with densifier is the usual answer for the main floor: it hardens the slab, stops the dusting, brightens the building and takes forklift traffic without a coating to wear through. Dock zones and battery charging areas get a coating built for impact and chemicals.
Line striping, aisle marking and pedestrian lanes go on last. Work is phased by zone so receiving and shipping keep moving.

The systems we use here.

Polished concrete
Grind, hone, densify and polish. A dusting, pitted slab becomes a hard, sealed, reflective floor that cleans with a mop and holds up for years.

Industrial coatings
Epoxy, polyurea, polyaspartic, urethane and MMA. Chemical resistance, impact resistance and fast return to service, with line striping and safety texture.

Repair and prep
Coating removal, crack and joint repair, hydraulic and polymer cement, and full slab profiling. The prep is the job.

Every review, five stars.
Will use Proformance floors again and recommend them to anyone needing a flooring treatment. Mr. Simon was very quick to get a quote to me, and without the mark up that a few other installers quoted me. The quality and price are unmatched.
Craig and his team did an outstanding job epoxying our garage floor. He was also prompt with correcting a few minor issues after the job was done. We give Proformance Floors our highest recommendation.
They were able to get right out and complete the job, days after requesting a quote. This allowed us to have the job done before moving into the new house. We highly recommend their services!
