Proformance Floors is run by Craig Simon, fifty years in floors. He has run coatings crews on the North Slope of Alaska and in the Arizona desert, and put in floors for BP, ConocoPhillips, Kiewit and Fluor. Proformance is based in Clarksville and works the whole region.
He still gets most of his work the old way: driving past a job site, walking in and talking to the foreman. He inspects every floor in person before he prices it, tells you what it needs, and is on every job.

How we work.
Look at the floor in person. Say what it needs. Price it straight. Do the prep properly. Show up when we said.
Every estimate starts with a site visit, because the slab tells you what the job is. The number you get is the number, and it comes with a guarantee to beat any apples to apples quote. The prep is done with a 1,000 lb diamond grinder on a HEPA vacuum, every time, because that is the part that decides whether the floor lasts.
