As you can see in this photo this concrete floor is in desperate need of rehab. The floor was dusting and causing a health hazard. The products on the shelves were constantly covered in dust from foot traffic on the dusting concrete surface. Cleaning was difficult and did not solve the constant dusting problem.

Same Floor After Polishing with Diamond Grinder

The concrete is now smooth, shiny, and attractive with a large aggregate finish. It is no longer dusting and the crumbling pitted surface is gone. Cleaning is now easy and because densifier has been applied the concrete will not dust any longer and it is now much harder.

The big aggregate look is achieved using a diamond grinding 10 step process starting with 25 grit through 800 grit.
