Flex and light industrial space changes hands. A floor that suits a fabricator this year and a distributor next year has to be tough, plain and simple to maintain.
Polished concrete is the usual choice for flex space: it takes traffic, needs no recoating, and striping or a coated zone can be added later when a tenant needs it. Where the use is known, a coating system is matched to it from the start.
Vacant space is the easiest time to do the floor. We work with owners and property managers to get it done between tenants.

The systems we use here.
Polished concrete
Grind, hone, densify and polish. A dusting, pitted slab becomes a hard, sealed, reflective floor that cleans with a mop and holds up for years.
Industrial coatings
Epoxy, polyurea, polyaspartic, urethane and MMA. Chemical resistance, impact resistance and fast return to service, with line striping and safety texture.
Repair and prep
Coating removal, crack and joint repair, hydraulic and polymer cement, and full slab profiling. The prep is the job.
