Proformance Floors

Floors for manufacturing plants.

Oil, coolant, chemicals, impact, heat and three shifts of traffic. Plant floors fail from the top down and get fixed from the bottom up.

Chemicals, impact and heat.

A plant floor sees things a warehouse never does: cutting fluid, hydraulic oil, caustics, hot wash downs, dropped parts and equipment that never stops moving.

Industrial epoxy and urethane systems are matched to what actually hits the floor. Urethane cement where there is thermal shock and wash down. Chemical resistant epoxy around process areas. MMA where a line has to be back up in hours.

Cracks, spalls and worn areas are repaired before anything goes down, and safety marking, aisles and forklift lanes are applied on top. Work is phased around production.

Manufacturing plants questions.

Which system handles chemicals?
Depends on the chemical. Urethane and specific epoxy formulations cover acids, caustics, solvents and oils. Tell us what hits the floor and the system gets matched to it.
How do you work around production?
Zone by zone, on the shifts you choose. Fast cure systems bring each zone back within hours. The sequence is agreed before we start.
Can you fix a floor that has been patched many times?
Yes. The old patches and coatings come off with the grinder, the slab is repaired properly once, and the new system goes on a sound base.

Every review, five stars.

Will use Proformance floors again and recommend them to anyone needing a flooring treatment. Mr. Simon was very quick to get a quote to me, and without the mark up that a few other installers quoted me. The quality and price are unmatched.

Craig and his son-in-law Jared did a great job of prepping our garage floor and installing the epoxy with colored flakes. We were very happy with the work as well as how quickly they were able to start the work following the quote.

Craig and his team did an outstanding job epoxying our garage floor. He was also prompt with correcting a few minor issues after the job was done. We give Proformance Floors our highest recommendation.
