Garage floors, done the industrial way.
Same industrial grade prep and materials as the plant floors. Flake, quartz, solid color and metallic, in a wide range of colors. Most garages are finished in a day or two.

The difference is what happens before the color.
Every garage kit sold at a hardware store fails the same way, and it fails because of prep. Acid washing leaves the concrete closed. The coating sits on top, and within a year or two it peels where the tires sit.
Proformance grinds every garage slab with a large industrial grinder on a HEPA vac system. The concrete is opened, cracks and pits are repaired, and the coating bonds into the slab instead of onto it. The garage stays clean while it happens.
Then you pick the look. Full flake in a wide range of blends, quartz for grip, solid color for a clean shop, or metallic for something people stop and look at. All of it in industrial grade 100 percent solids epoxy under a clear top coat that takes hot tires, oil and road salt. Hardware store kits use waterborne epoxy, which is why they peel.

How a garage goes in.
Two days for most garages, start to finish.
- LookWe come to the house, check the slab for cracks, moisture and old coatings, and give you a number.
- GrindThe slab is diamond ground on a HEPA vacuum. Old coatings and sealers come off, the concrete opens up.
- RepairCracks, pits and spalls are filled so the finish is smooth.
- Base and flakeA pigmented base coat goes down and the flake is broadcast to full coverage.
- Scrape and clearLoose flake is scraped off, then a clear top coat locks it in and takes the wear.
- Back inWe tell you exactly when you can walk on it and when you can park on it.
Every review, five stars.
Craig and his team did an outstanding job epoxying our garage floor. He was also prompt with correcting a few minor issues after the job was done. We give Proformance Floors our highest recommendation.
Definitely recommend Mr. Craig, he did an amazing job with our garage making it look incredible! In addition, he was very responsive, puntual and communicative. He took the time to educate me on the aftercare and maintenance.
Craig and his son-in-law Jared did a great job of prepping our garage floor and installing the epoxy with colored flakes. We were very happy with the work as well as how quickly they were able to start the work following the quote.
